Replacement with new batteries

The intercom cannot find the required privacy key ID.
Press the programmed privacy button.
Or enable/disable privacy mode via the menu.
If the problem has been resolved, go to the Services & Support menu to remove the error code notification.
0402Key Not Found
The intercom cannot find the required privacy key ID.
Contact an authorized Motorola Solutions reseller.
0582Software Failure or Hardware Failure

The battery has not been certified by Intercom.
Example: Installing a non-UL TIA-4950 certified battery in a UL TIA-4950 certified walkie-talkie.

Note: If the error is a "Battery not recognized" error, you can fix it by removing the charging cradle from the walkie-talkie.
0702 Unrecognized Battery
The intercom cannot read or recognize the installed battery.
0703 Unknown Battery
The battery is not genuine
1101 Ineffective front-end accessory (dolly) / Ineffective accessory (handheld)
The connected accessory is faulty or not recognized by the intercom.
Replacement with Motorola Solution licensed accessories

The connected accessory is faulty or not recognized by the intercom.
