1. Project Assistant/Engineer

The company provides complete training regardless of experience.
This job is open toWillingness to learnResponsible, hands-on, and interested in communications or electronics technology, the main tasks include (will be led by senior engineers after joining the company):
1. Project Execution & Management Project Execution & Management
  Assist the team in project planning, installation and acceptance. Including simple data recording, report organization, and communication with foreign customers.

2. Equipment Installation, Configuration & Calibration
 With basic computer concepts and hands-on skills, you will be taught step-by-step to take charge of on-site equipment testing and tuning, and to perform parameter measurements such as emitted power, frequency shift, and standing wave ratio (VSWR).

3. Cable Inspection & Preventive Maintenance
 Assist in checking the condition of cables, connectors and equipment connections and assist in basic maintenance and testing.

3. Radio Technology Training & Equipment Servicing
 Arranging systematic Motorola technical training courses to learn the principles of DMR, Capacity Plus, Capacity Max and other systems.

4. Project Implementation & Acceptance Testing
 Assist in project testing and acceptance, including on-site Coverage Test, RSSI measurement records, connection stability verification and equipment serial number confirmation.

5. Teamwork & Communication Coordination
 Good cross-departmental communication skills and logical thinking to work together to complete each project and clearly communicate technical concepts and construction progress.

2. FAE Engineer

Job Responsibilities.
1. good at communicating with others.,
2. Performs equipment installations and handles system related issues through technical training.
3. Resolve abnormal situations encountered by customers and continuously improve related issues.
4. Provide product preference information of customers to assist sales staff for sales strategy reference.
5. Completion of other work matters arranged by the company

3. Foreign Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities.

  • Conduct English correspondence and telephone calls with overseas customers, agents, and suppliers to assist in project communication and progress updates.
  • Assisting in overseas business projects in quotation, order processing, shipment and document tracking (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Invoice, Shipping Label, etc.)
  • Supporting the production of international bids, quotation documents and business proposal materials (in English and Chinese)
  • Assist in trade documentation (export declaration, transportation arrangements, payment tracking, etc.)
  • Maintain customer database and sales records, organize monthly reports and sales analysis.
  • Assisting the Head of Sales in day-to-day administrative matters and cross-departmental communication.
