Mottorola's key partner conference in the Asia Pacific region was held successfully and simultaneously from 4/29 to 5/1 at the Westin Resort Taoyuan, Taoyuan, inviting partners from all over Taiwan to participate and plan for the future. A major update on the future of critical communications and video security strategies was presented. According to the presentation, Motorola has invested more than US$6 billion in image security since 2018, focusing on the four core processes of Detect-Analyze-Communicate-Manage and integrating video surveillance, AI analytics, radios, broadband devices, and intelligent management platforms. Motorola Asia Pacific emphasized, "We are transforming from a supplier of radio equipment to an integrator of cross-domain critical communication ecosystems. SmartPTT and various solutions, such as smart chemical plant management, AI voice command center, PLM/POS system integration, etc., are the focus of development.

Field Case: From Manufacturing to Intelligent Buildings, the Solution Comes to Fruition

Motorola demonstrates the integration of SmartPTT with automation systems in several field cases:

• Fab CaseThe combination of 20,000 sensors and voice-controlled intercoms for safety notification, equipment control and recording analysis and archiving improves overall emergency response efficiency and personnel safety.
• Steel Mill CaseThe PLC system is connected to the walkie-talkie for real-time voice broadcasting of emergencies, which greatly reduces the risk of human operation.
• Intelligent Office and Construction SiteIt combines iBeacon, foot traffic counting, fall detection, and multi-language AI voice announcements to build a highly efficient and zero-dead-angle floor security inspection platform.

The presentation also mentioned that Motorola will promote the renewal program of the whole series of key communication products in the next three years, and the R5 and R7Ex series have been launched, and introduced a number of highly environment-adaptable and convergent application designs tailored for the Taiwan market, which will help partners to open up more industrial safety and industrial application opportunities.
